
Responding to a Pandemic
The Fresno Center has employed all resources for responding to the Pandemic to include: Serving as a City of Fresno Partner in the CARES ACT. With these resources TFC has instituted a food relief program, a housing assistance and rental assistance project, and has increased community outreach utilizing AmeriCorps. The Fresno Center has not closed its doors during the pandemic, and in fact, organized COVID testing and vaccine support with additional support from the Sierra Health Foundation and Building Healthy Communities collaborative.

On March 15, 2021, The Fresno Center was given a fund to launch a program called the Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) program. ERA is available to residents in the City of Fresno that have been negatively impacted by COVID-19. For more information, please click the link below.
