Adult Day Healthcare Center

Promoting Health & Wellness

The Fresno Center Adult Day Health Care Center (ADHC) is a community-based Adult Services (CBAS) program providing a variety of medical, therapeutic, rehabilitative, and recreational services.

Our programs are developed to serve adults 18 years or older with chronic medical illnesses, cognitive decline, and/or mental health conditions. ADHC offers an alternative to nursing home care for those who do not need 24-hour skilled nursing.

Our Services are aimed to assisting families by providing caregivers the support they need to balance work and caregiving responsibilities, therefore providing respite for full-time family caregivers.

Our services are designed to help people stay mentally and physically active while reducing their isolation, improving their health, and prevent the decline of their abilities.

Program Costs: Medi-Cal may cover program costs to those eligible. Private pay is also an available option.
