Program: Find Your Spark

Hosted by: Holistic Wellness Program is a program of Fresno County Department of Behavioral Health, Operated by The Fresno Center.

Program Overview

• Purpose: A safe and supportive space dedicated to fostering youth mental health and emotional well-being.

• Activities: Participants engage in sash making and mindful walking to practice self-reflection, emotional awareness, and mindfulness.

• Goals: These activities help build confidence, strengthen a sense of identity, and develop emotional expression to promote long-term wellness and empowerment.

• Special Guest: Jada Her, Cultural Broker I and Miss Asian Global 3 Princess 2025.

Schedule & Location

• Ages: Open to youth under 18.

• Date & Frequency: 4th Saturday, Bi-monthly.

• Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM.

• Location: Holistic Wellness Program.
