On May 3 & 4, the community gathered at California State University, Fresno to honor and celebrate Hmong American Day 2025—a powerful tribute to the heritage, resilience, and cultural legacy of the Hmong people.

This special two-day event recognized the incredible journey of the Hmong community, from their roots in Southeast Asia and bravery during the Vietnam War to their resettlement and contributions in the United States.

Highlights Include:

  • Honoring the Special Guerrilla Unit Veterans and the Lao Veterans of America Institute

  • Recognizing outstanding Hmong leaders, parents, and youth

  • Raising awareness about the Hmong migration experience
