On February 24, 2021, The Fresno Center was awarded a $50,000 scholarship fund by former Mayor Lee Brand.

Each year for the next ten years, we will select recipients to receive $1,000 each. This scholarship is aimed at supporting high school seniors with average academic records who aspire to pursue a college degree. The $1,000 award is designed to help jump-start their academic journeys.

In addition, through our "Employee Giving Program," The Fresno Center will match Mayor Lee Brand’s contribution, providing a total of $10,000 in scholarships each year.

Applications will open in the Fall, with winners announced the following Spring.
