The Fresno Center’s Promotores/Navigator Latino/SEA Program is funded by Central Valley Regional Center, Inc (CVRC) to assist individuals with developmental disabilities with language support and general support services. Through this program, The Fresno Center supports CVRC’s mission is to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and children at risk, to reach their goals.
