The Fresno Center was honored to attend Del Mar Elementary’s end-of-year awards ceremony, themed “Success from Within.” Hosted with pride and energy, the celebration was a heartfelt reminder of the strength, determination, and growth taking place in our local schools.

Thanks to an invitation from Fresno Unified School District (FUSD), our team had the privilege of witnessing countless students being recognized for their incredible achievements—ranging from improved behavior and attendance to excellence in reading and academics. The joy on their faces said it all: their hard work mattered, and it was seen.

One of the most powerful moments of the day came from a speaker who encouraged students with a simple but profound message: “Never give up.” These words echoed the spirit of the event and served as a motivating reminder for every student in the room that their journey is just beginning.

Our President and CEO, Pao Yang, proudly joined in the celebration by offering words of encouragement and providing gift certificates to student awardees. It was a small gesture with a big message—our community sees you, believes in you, and is here to support your success.
