Celebrating Community Contributions to
The Fresno Center’s 29th Giving Thanks Celebration
July 11, 2025
As we prepare for the 29th annual Giving Thanks Celebration, The Fresno Center is reminded of the incredible power of community. We are proud to recognize two generous contributors whose support is making both our Back-to-School event and Giving Thanks celebration possible: Angel Montes and the Laotian American Community of Fresno (LACF), an organization deeply rooted in uplifting diverse communities.
A Heart for the Community: Angel Montes
We are deeply grateful to community member Angel Montes, whose continued support uplifts the families we serve. His generous contribution to our Back-to-School and Giving Thanks events reflects a strong commitment to creating opportunities and a brighter future for local youth. It is individuals like Angel, quietly and graciously giving back, who help build stronger, more connected neighborhoods.
Partnering for Impact: Latino Community Foundation (LACF)
We also extend our heartfelt thanks to the Laotian American Community of Fresno (LACF) for their meaningful contribution to this year’s Giving Thanks celebration. Their investment helps bring families together in a spirit of unity, culture, and gratitude, honoring another year of resilience and shared strength.
LACF’s ongoing partnership amplifies our ability to deliver culturally rooted services and programs year-round. Their support is a powerful example of collective impact in action.
Whether through individual acts of generosity or impactful partnerships, The Fresno Center is proud to stand alongside people and organizations who believe in the work we do. Every contribution reminds us that when we come together, we can make this season and every season one of hope, connection, and community.
Thank you for making the 29th Giving Thanks Celebration possible.
