It was beautifully said that Hmong Nurses Association (HNA) Fresno is the thread that connects—weaves generations together, honors legacy, and inspires what’s ahead.

At this year's HNA Fresno Gala, that message came to life through a powerful evening that paid tribute to both history and hope. One of the most moving moments was the exhibit honoring Hmong nurses who bravely served during the Secret War—a solemn reminder of the resilience, sacrifice, and strength carried through generations.

While the evening celebrated young Hmong leaders and scholars for their accomplishments and promising futures, it also gave space to reflect on the long and courageous journey of Hmong resettlement in the United States.
